At Kanyo we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently to every corner of South Africa. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Kanyo delivers to all nine South African provinces:

We deliver to both urban and rural areas across South Africa.
ORDER PRSSING
All Kanyo orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase confirming your order details and payment.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS within 48 hours. Use this tracking number to follow your order every step of the way from our warehouse to your front door.
If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of ordering please contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist you immediately.

Kanyo offers free delivery on all orders across South Africa. No minimum order value required.

For estates and complexes please ensure you provide accurate access instructions and gate codes at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ORDER
Day 1 — Order Confirmed You place your order and receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details.
Day 1 to 2 — Order Processed Our team processes your order and prepares it for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
Day 2 to 3 — Order Dispatched Your Kanyo order is dispatched and you receive your tracking number via email and SMS.
Day 7 to 14 — Delivery Your Kanyo lights arrive at your door. Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.
Day 14 plus — Still Waiting? Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and we will investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or nobody being available to receive the package:
- The courier will attempt delivery a second time
- You will be contacted via SMS or phone to arrange redelivery
- If delivery fails twice your order will be held at the nearest courier depot for collection
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to change your delivery address contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order may already be in transit and address changes may not be possible.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your Kanyo order arrives damaged due to shipping please:
- Take photos or video of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement shipped within 48 hours of your report
LOST ORDERS
In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost in transit we will send a free replacement immediately at no cost to you. No questions asked.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
All items in your order are shipped together in one package. You will receive one tracking number for your entire order.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
South African public holidays may affect processing and delivery times. Orders placed before or during public holidays may experience slight delays. We will always communicate any delays proactively via email or WhatsApp.
